Epithalon

Experience a new level of convenience and affordability with Saveco’s Epithalon.

Epitalon is a synthetic peptide that mimics the naturally occurring peptide epithalamion found in the pineal gland. This peptide has shown promising results in reducing tumors in mice, according to various studies.

Epitalon is a synthetic peptide that has been found to increase the production of telomerase, a natural enzyme that aids in the replication of telomeres, which are the protective segments of our DNA. This enables the body to generate new cells and rejuvenate old ones. As people age, telomerase production decreases, which leads to a decline in cell replication and overall health, making it a major cause of aging.

Aside from its ability to increase telomerase production, Epitalon has also been found to regulate metabolism, enhance hypothalamus sensitivity, normalize anterior pituitary function, and regulate gonadotropins/melatonin levels in the body. It has been proven to be beneficial in several ways, including combating the symptoms of aging, improving mood, and acting as an antioxidant.

Studies have demonstrated the importance of telomerase and telomeres in slowing down the aging process, and Epitalon has been shown to increase telomerase production, resulting in stronger and longer telomeres. This suggests that Epitalon could play a critical role in delaying the aging process and potentially even extending life expectancy.

In one study, female C3H/He mice were given Epitalon five times a week for 6.5 months. The mice in both the experimental and control groups had spontaneous tumorigenesis in their ovaries and mammary glands. The study found that Epitalon reduced the number of metastases in the mice, and the experimental mice showed no evidence of metastases at all.

Another study examined the effects of Epitalon on spontaneous mammary tumors in female FVB/N HER-2/neu transgenic mice. The mice were treated with Epitalon for five consecutive days, and the study found that Epitalon reduced the size and number of tumors. Researchers theorized that the downregulation of the HER-2/neu gene is responsible for Epitalon's ability to inhibit the production of mammary tumors.

Epitalon is also considered a strong antioxidant that may be beneficial for longevity. Researchers examined the protective effects of Epitalon on age-damaged post-ovulatory oocytes in vitro in female mice. The results showed that Epitalon works as an antioxidant, reducing the number of reactive oxygen series present. The study also found that Epitalon regulates mitochondrial activity, leading to increased membrane potential, increased copy number of DNA, and decreased apoptosis of oocytes, ultimately delaying age-related damage.

Benefits of Epithalon

Telomere Support & Longevity

Epithalon has been studied for its ability to activate telomerase, an enzyme that helps maintain telomere length — a key factor in cellular aging and longevity research.

Pineal Gland Function

Shown to regulate melatonin production, Epithalon may help restore the function of the pineal gland, supporting circadian rhythms and sleep cycles.

Cellular Regeneration

Promotes cell repair and regeneration, especially in aged or damaged tissues, making it valuable in studies of tissue recovery and longevity.

Oxidative Stress Protection

Demonstrates antioxidant-like effects, helping reduce oxidative damage at the cellular level — a major contributor to aging and degenerative conditions.

Improved Sleep & Circadian Rhythm

By influencing melatonin regulation, Epithalon may help restore natural sleep cycles, aiding research into sleep disorders and jet lag recovery.

Immune System Modulation

Some studies suggest Epithalon supports balanced immune function, which is particularly relevant in aging and immune-compromised research models.
